Its release caught some fans off guard, as many expected “Ass Like That” to be issued next after being featured on the album’s hype sticker, with no mention of “Mockingbird.” “Ass Like That” was eventually released as the following single.
- The song peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 4 on the UK Singles Chart. It also won Best Rap Track at the 2005 Teen Choice Awards.
