• Shortly after the release of The Slim Shady LP, “Verse 1” was bundled with “Verse 2” and “Verse 3” and released as a free MP3 on eminem.com under the title “Three Verses.”
• Eminem also performed this freestyle live on The Wake Up Show alongside Akinyele. He also performed the “Verse 2” freestyle during the same session.
• Unlike its companion freestyles, “Verse 2” and “Verse 3,” this freestyle’s acapella was not included on The Slim Shady LP (Special Edition) or the later Expanded Edition.
