• “You Don’t Know” was released as the album’s lead single, peaking at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 32 on the UK Singles Chart.
• Although the song is cataloged under Eminem’s discography, 50 Cent is credited first on the album.
• In the song’s video, Eminem appears in a straitjacket and mask, being transported in a manner reminiscent of Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs. The film was later heavily referenced on Eminem’s next album, Relapse.
• As it’s a posse cut, the song was left off Eminem’s Curtain Call 2 but was included on the greatest hits side of the Shady Records compilation SHADYXV.
• An edited, one-verse version of the video, featuring Detroit Tigers highlights, was broadcast to open Game 2 of the 2006 World Series, when the Tigers defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 3-1 at Comerica Park.
• The song can be heard in the WWE movie The Condemned, starring “Stone Cold” Steve Austin as a condemned killer who must fight to the death against nine others on a desolate island. It was also used in the film’s trailer but was not included on the soundtrack album.
