- ’s vocals were recorded in 1996, two weeks before his death, at Ice-T’s home studio. Eminem and the recorded their vocals in 2003.
- , the song’s original producer, revealed that 2Pac received eight beats from him and had planned to record additional verses for the track, along with several other songs. However, the sessions were postponed after Ice-T required Hen-Gee’s services for the upcoming Body Count album.
