• “Animals (Pt. I)” marks the second collaboration between JID and Eminem, following “Fuel” from Eminem’s twelfth studio album The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce).
• In a 2025 interview with Brian Miller, JID confirmed that “Animals Pt. 2” is completed, saying, “That one is crazy — the full version with all the guys that I put on there.” However, he explained that its release is currently on hold due to unresolved behind-the-scenes issues, adding, “It can be if this red tape gets cleared... I just need some pieces to move... It’s a conversation to be had.”
